Why is NEO the chosen one?

NEO has had an amazing rally in the past few days. Labelled the 'Ethereum of China' it is no surprise that it has a substantial community backing and inflated perceived value with most investors calling it a triple digit coin. It's all time high was roughly $50 and it looks like we are launcing the rocket straight for the moon on the basis of some news NEO will be releasing some news in 3 days.

Currently there is a lot of speculation about this news and the banner NEO have released is as follows:

Other current rumours/speculations in the background for NEO are:

• Bittrex will announce that they will add GAS for past NEO holdings (similar to Binance)
• Bithumb (one of the biggest Korean exchanges) will add NEO on Tuesday or Thursday
• China will ban Bitcoin mining which might mean people shift funds into NEO if the government gives it the tick of approval for ICOs etc.
• China will give NEO developers technology grant
• China will convince Korean developers to drop Ethereum and move to NEO (60% of Korean ICO's are currently on NEO)

Either way this has had some significant impacts on the price as seen below (current price at the time of posting) and we may reverse in direction/retrace once the news is announced.

I have been a believer of this project since the Antshares days and would love to see it compete directly with Ethereum in terms of price action. To NEO and beyond.
