Cuisine Called Cap cai
Cap cai or also called Cap cay is a food originally from China, this food has been very popular in Indonesia and has become one of the typical cuisine in Indonesia. Cap Cai has become one of the menu choices that are served in both restaurants and street stalls. Cuisine Cap cai is made from various kinds of vegetables such as carrots, cauliflower, cabbage, mustard greens. In addition to vegetables that become the main ingredient, Cap Cai also added with other ingredients such as chicken ivory, meatballs and seafood (shrimp and squid). There are two kinds of Cap Cai, they are fried Cap cai and sauce Cap cai. Some people say sauce Cap cai is more delicious when compared with fried Cap cai, therefore more people who choose sauce Cap cai than fried Cap cai.
