Я продолжаю публиковать фотографии своих фото архивов.
Вчера открыл папку с пометкой "2021-03-27 Петроградка".

В тот день мы прогуливались по Петроградской стороне (есть такой район Петербурга), по тем местам, где когда-то жила семья моей жены до переезда.

Это один из старейших районов города. Есть мнение, что Петербург не строился на чистом месте с нуля, а постепенно откапывался из под слоя земли, который был нанесён в результате какого-то события. Некоторые называют таким событием Потоп. Другие источники утверждают, что это не был отоп, а скорее рукотворный катаклизм планетарного масштаба.

Как бы то ни было, но в городе есть до сих пор здания с неоткопанным первым этажом. Стены с окнами и арками ворот находятся ниже уровня современного города.

Так вот, Петроградскую сторону в этом случае начали откапывать первой :)
Конечно, здесь много домов построено заново (возможно на старых фундаментах, но это не точно)

Доходный дом колобовых, который я нашёл в этой папке, построен в 1910 году. По крайней мере это официальная дата его постройки.

I keep posting photos of my photo archives.
Yesterday I opened a folder marked "2021-03-27 Petrogradka".

That day we were walking along the Petrogradskaya side (there is such a district of St. Petersburg), in the places where my wife's family once lived before moving.

This is one of the oldest districts of the city. There is an opinion that St. Petersburg was not built on a clean place from scratch, but gradually dug out from under the layer of earth that was deposited as a result of some event. Some people call such an event a Flood. Other sources claim that it was not a flood, but rather a man-made cataclysm on a planetary scale.

Anyway, there are still buildings in the city with an unopened ground floor. The walls with windows and gate arches are below the level of the modern city.

So, in this case, the Petrograd side began to be dug out first :)
Of course, there are many houses built anew (perhaps on old foundations, but this is not accurate)

The Kolobov apartment building, which I found in this folder, was built in 1910. At least this is the official date of its construction.
