If I were an artist, worked with a brush and created such a picture (1), I would call it "Wind" or "Excitement".
Quite in the style of impressionism :)

When I saw the windy weather outside, I decided to play my favorite long exposure game.
I had to screw an ND filter to the lens.
At the same time, he organized a hunt for "ghosts."
It's also one of my favorite activities.

Вполне в стиле импрессионизма :)

У видев за окном ветреную погоду, решил поиграть в любимую игру с длинной выдержкой.
ПРишлось прикрутить к объективу ND фильтр.
Заодно устроил охоту на "призраков".
Тоже одно из любимых занятий.
