My Steemmonsters Adventure - It was a continuous loosing streak
Today I spent lots of time playing steemmonsters game. I'm not sure why but I had to go through lots of losing games. It started off well yesterday and I was thinking I will be able to strategically get more rating in the coming days but it looks like it is not going to be very easy for me. Today I started with a positive mood to just play and complete my daily quest. Today's task was to win 5 games with Fire Splinter. I started off playing with Fire Splinter but the rules of the game were not very convenient. I ended up losing so many games. But I did not stop right there.
I continued to play some more games but I felt that the rating was also dropping. Then I realized that it may be because I don't have good strategy cards with Fire Splinter as the summoner. But in order to complete the daily quest and get the reward, I continued to play with the fire splinter itself. I finally completed winning 5 games and received the below card.
I would say that the efforts did not go in vain because I did receive a rare card from the daily quest rewards. I already have this card and I'm going to just combine it with the existing card. This card has helped me a lot during the ranked matches for long range shooting. I use this card frequently whenever I play Earth Splinter.
I like that card. I like that she doesn't get hurt by the reflect like magic users do. I think it is interesting that she isn't a monster but instead chooses to dress like one in an uncomfortable and somewhat revealing outfit. Good job on hanging in there and getting the reward.
I had a similar losing streak yesterday and was getting frustrated then it turned into an 11 in a row winning streak.
Not saying I am a good player. Seems like a small change in strategy can make a big difference. My fire splinter is WEAK. I rarely play it. If I have a fire challenge I usually skip it and do the next one.
