Nothing can keep you here except for your motivation, so if your motivation isn't strong enough you have to recheck that.

Above everything, I am keen to see Minnows thrive on steemit. Having so much to do but being limited is a great pain. For this cause, I stay awake, I work hard and I don't see myself giving up on you reading this post right now.

There's no other reason for this kind of drive other than the fact that, there's a change I have perceived that steemit could bring and only folks who hold on long enough would reap the benefits. The offline minnow school is all about keeping you on this moving train (steemit) so you don't get to bite your fingers in the end regretting why you gave up too soon.

I have come to realize that it's impossible to make people stay except they want to. The most powerful tool used at the offline minnow school is "inspiration". We inspire you to see beyond what you are currently experiencing. However, inspiration wouldn't work it motivation isn't strong enough. So, a question I would like you to ask you is this:

why am I here?

Why are you here? If I may ask. If you don't have an answer to that step back provide an answer to it before you proceed. Here are a few answers I could suggest as a result of my very own notification :

• I greatly would like to experience the thrill of true freedom and break free from state oppression.
• I want to see the inherent change that's in for all the believers in blockchain technology.
• I would like to see a new breed of entrepreneurs rise, who rose from deeds of love and would willingly extend the same gesture to the world around them, making life better for someone else. The core of this whole thing is the emergence of voluntarists.
• To see a change in your personal life that will in turn translate into an overall change in the world around you!

These gives me a drive, we hope to have a world built on peace, free from these "organized crime syndicates" who call themselves government, according to @teamsteem. I'm tired of the world I currently live in, aren't you? Why not make life easier for those coming after us.
