Yesterday, after publishing my post 📜 Discovering Thai Heritage 🇹🇭 at the New Thai Museum of Phuket 🏺, I wanted to follow my usual routine: checking for replies to my posts and comments, responding to them, and then scrolling through communities I subscribe to and my feed to read other posts, leaving upvotes and comments along the way.

That's when I realized I would once again face the challenge of having a small voting power. My upvotes currently have very little value, something like $0.004, which made me think it was time to grow my account a little! That’s why I decided to head over to Probit, the crypto exchange I use, to purchase some STEEM.

Before making the purchase, I ran a few simulations on SteemWorld. With almost 600 SP available, as I delegated 1,000 SP to the Camping Club Steemit community that I appreciate and which is the main community where I publish my posts, I estimated I would need an additional 1,200 to 1,400 STEEM to reach my goal of upvoting at a minimum of $0.01 with a 100% upvote.

So, I went to Probit. After a quick glance at my BTC balance, I jumped into the STEEM-BTC trading pair. After spending some time trading, my STEEM balance reached 1,500 STEEM—a bit more than I initially planned. This means I’ve doubled my STEEM investment! You may recall that I mentioned my first 1,500 SP in this post: 🌴 Rediscovering Steemit 🌸 My first week with my 1,500 SP 💰.

So this month I would have invested a total of 3,000 STEEM. Checking my “Coming Rewards” section on SteemWorld, I see a projection of 48 SP in 7 days. At this pace, it would take me around 62.5 weeks to double my investment—that’s my first milestone. Of course, I hope to reach that goal sooner—ideally in less than a year and three months to become a Dolphin! 🤣 But in the meantime, I’ll definitely be using the #club100 tag for a while, assuming I understand how it works!

Once the STEEM from Probit hit my wallet, I immediately did a Power Up—and just like that, my SP jumped to 3,101.241. With 2,100 SP now available for upvotes, I was ready to go and spread some love! 🥰
