Hallo zusammen.
@filosof103 hat heute einen Post verfasst in dem er nach Antworten zur Actifit App sucht. Nun ich möchte das aufgreifen und hier die Antworten auf seine Fragen geben. Am Ende werde ich noch weitere Fragen aufgreifen die sich stellen könnten.
In den Einstellungen kann ich entweder Telefonsensoren oder Fitbit einstellen.
Was ist das für ein Unterschied?
Fitbit ist eine Marke / Hersteller eines Fitnessarmbandes. Dies läuft über die Fitbit App und kann mit der Actifit App synchronisiert werden.
Mein Tip hier. Man kann wenn man ein Fitbit Tracker benutzt, dennoch den Telefonsensor nutzen. Der Fitbit Tracker arbeitet dann trotzdem, eine Synchronisation kann ich dann unter dem Punkt Post top Steemit immer noch durchführen.
Muss ich die aggressive Hintergrundverfolgung aktivieren?
Nein/Ja, der Bewegungssensor nimmt eh alles auf was an Bewegungen durchgeführt wird. App installieren und schon gehts los.
Sollte man täglich die Ergebnisse auf Steemit posten?
Je nach dem wie du möchtest. Posten kannst du ab 1000 Schritte, einen Bonus bekommst du erst ab 5000 Schritte.
Wie zählt die App eure Leistung, wenn Ihr zum Beispiel schwimmt?
Muss das Smartphone dann mit ins Wasser?
Wenn du ein IPhone X hast nimm es mit in das Wasser 😂. Nein Spaß, wenn man viel schwimmt ist es vielleicht sinnvoller ein Fitbit zu nutzen.
Wie ist es beim Radfahren?
In der Tasche ist dann ja wenig Bewegung.
Muss man das Smartphone dann am Arm oder Bein tragen, oder sollte man es an der Pedale festmachen, damit etwas gezählt wird?
Hosentasche reicht vollkommen.
Was ist beim Seilspringen?
Ich würde mein Smartphone grundsätzlich beiseite legen, damit es nicht kaputt geht, oder?
Könnte ja mal runterfallen.
Oder du hast eine Hose oder Jacke mit einem Reißverschluss, damit kannst du das Problem auch lösen. Ansonsten lass das Handy einfach liegen oder nutze auch hier ein Fitbit.

Ein Fitnessarmband.

Also in der Actifit App kann ich jede Menge Tag‘s nutzen. Wieviele ich da eingeben kann, das weis ich ehrlich gesagt nicht, man müsste das mal final testen.

Nein, nicht in der App. Auf der Homepage actifit.io kann man das aber machen. Man bekommt dafür dann sogar zusätzlich 3 AFIT Token.
Wie editierst du deinen Post?
Je nach Zeit mach ich das ganze am PC bei steemit.com und sende mir das ganze via copy & past per Email um es dann in die . Actifit App einzutragen. Vom @actifit-peter weis ich durch vielen Gesprächen das er es erst über die Actifit App postet und dann auch über die Homepage www.actifit.io editiert.
ich hab in den Settings 50% SBD und 50 % SP eingestellt, warum geht aber nur 100 % SP.
Ja ich weiß auch nicht woran das liegt, aber man kann einfach kurz auf 100 SP % SP drücken dann auf Save Settings und danach wieder auf 50/50 und wieder auf Save Settings und schon ist das Problem behoben.
So das war es mal an Fragen und Antworten, zum Schluß hab ich noch einen kleinen Anreiz. Klar ist es schön ein FItBit Armband zu haben, oder sein Handy zu nutzen. Aber ich glaube das es vielleicht noch sinnvoll wäre wenn die Actifit App auch auf Daten der Apple Watch oder anderen Smartwatches zugreifen würde. Ich glaube damit würde Actifit einen wichtigen und großen Schritt in die richtige Richtung machen. Also @actifit .... denkt mal darüber nach.

@filosof103 wrote a post today looking for answers to the Actifit App. Now I would like to take this up and give here the answers to his questions. At the end I will pick up further questions that might arise.
In the settings I can adjust either phone sensors or Fitbit.
What is the difference?
Fitbit is a brand / manufacturer of a fitness bracelet. This runs via the Fitbit app and can be synchronized with the Actifit app.
My tip here. You can still use the phone sensor when using a Fitbit Tracker. The Fitbit Tracker will still work, I can still do a synchronization under Post top Steemit.
Do I have to activate the aggressive background tracking?
No / YES, the motion sensor records everything that is done anyway. Install the app and you're ready to go.
Should I post the results daily on Steemit?
Depending on how you want. You can post from 1000 steps, you get a bonus from 5000 steps.
How does the app count your performance, if you swim for example?
Does the smartphone have to be in the water?
If you have an IPhone X take it into the water 😂. No fun, if you swim a lot it might be better to use a Fitbit.
What about cycling?
There is little movement in your pocket.
Do you have to wear the smartphone on your arm or leg, or should you fasten it to the pedals for counting?
A trouser pocket is perfectly sufficient.
What about rope jumping?
I would always put my smartphone aside so that it doesn't break, wouldn't I?
Could fall off for a change.
Or you have trousers or a jacket with a zipper, so you can solve the problem. Otherwise simply leave the mobile phone lying or use also here a Fitbit.
What is Fitbit?
A fitness bracelet.

How can you post so many hashtags.
So in the Actifit App I can use a lot of tags. To be honest, I don't know how many I can enter there, you have to test it for the final time.
I can edit my posts in the app.
No, not in the app. But you can do that on the homepage actifit.io. You even get an additional 3 AFIT tokens.
How do you edit your Post?
Depending on the time I do the whole thing on my PC at steemit.com and send it via copy & paste via email to enter it into the . Actifit App. From @actifit-peter I know from many conversations that he first posts it via the Actifit app and then edits it via the homepage www.actifit.io as well.
I have set in the settings 50% SBD and 50% SP, but why only 100% SP.
Yes I don't know why, but you can just press 100 SP % SP, then Save Settings and then 50/50 and Save Settings again and the problem is solved.
So that was it at questions and answers, at the end I still have a small incentive. Of course it is nice to have a FItBit bracelet or to use your mobile phone. But I think it might still be useful if the Actifit App would also access data from the Apple Watch or other Smartwatches. I think this would make Actifit an important and big step in the right direction. @actifit .... think about it.
