Make Paneer Bhuji Sandwich
material :
4 slices of bread, 2 tsp butter or ghee, 1 tbsp of oil, 1/2 tsp cumin seeds, 1 tsp garlic, 1/2 tsp finely chopped ginger, salt to taste, turmeric powder, 1/2 tsp red chilli powder, 1 / 2 tsp garam masala, 1 tsp lemon juice, 1 finely chopped onion and tomato, 1/3 cup mashed paneer
Method :
- Heat ghee or butter on the bread until it becomes golden on one side.
Heat the oil in pan 2, after roasting ginger garlic and cumin, close the gas.
3 Now mix the paneer, red chilli powder, garam masala, healthy salt and lemon juice in it.
4 Put this mix on bread. On top of it decorate onions and tomatoes rings.
5 Paneer Bhuri Sandwich cut from the middle and serve hot with sauce or sauce.
