material -
French Beans- 250g
Coconut-½ cup (grated)
Oil - 2 tablespoons
Cumin seeds - 1/4 teaspoon
Mustard seeds - 1/4 teaspoon
Coriander Powder- 1 Tablespoon
Salt - 3/4 teaspoon or as per taste
Green chili - 1 (finely chopped)
Ginger piece - ½ inch (grated)
Red Chilli Powder- 1/4 Tablespoon
Asafoetida-1 pinch
Amchoor Powder- 1/4 Tablespoon
Turmeric powder - 1/4 teaspoon
Method -
Wash the beans well with water and then keep them till they dry up the water. After this, cut the beans stalk and remove it. Cut the beans into a bunch by knife or chopping board and cut it into ½ to 9 inch pieces.
Heat oil in a pan and heat it. Put cumin and mustard in it. After the rye is cracked, add asafoetida, turmeric powder, ginger, green chilli, coriander powder and fry the spices for a while. Then add chopped beans to it. Add salt and red chilli powder and mix well with the spices and cover the vegetables and let them cook for 4 to 5 minutes on slow flame.
After 5 minutes, stir well with a spoon. Check the beans by pressing it with a spoon. Beans are cooked, crunches are looking. Now, mix the amchoor powder and grated coconut in the beans and mix it well and let the vegetable open only for 1 to 2 minutes.
After 2 minutes, coconut bean is ready to be a vegetable. Turn off the gas and take out the vegetable in a bowl.
Coconut beans filled with unique flavors are ready to serve fries. 4 to 5 members of such a vegetable family can be served like a side dish. Enjoy this vegetable chapati, parantha, whole or rice with plenty of parasite and food.
suggestion -
If you like, then one of the cumin seeds and mustard can be added.
Beans are cooked very fast and they look a little crunchy. So do not cook them for too long.
