Warm Up And Flavour Tomato Cream Soup With Baked Red Paprika ๐Ÿ˜‹๐Ÿ…

Good morning my friend!๐Ÿ˜Š

Are you ready for my recipe for warm up Tomato Cream Soup? I hope so!
I love cream soups, and for me it's the best time to eat them. Why? I feel weaker when it's starting to be little cold outside (but I love that Autumn weather! โค๏ธ) So for me soups, are kind of dish which gives me more power from veggies combined with home made stock, ground pepper and more! Mmmm! Simply, I need to feel the power after eating it ๐Ÿ˜Š. And that soup was perfect! With fresh basil and more herbs it was so amazing. If you are lover of spicy taste - you can add more pepper or some chilli. If less, add less pepper. But I think that, thanks to this spicy taste, this soup became more pronounced. Honestly I dislike spicy taste, but sometimes I like to eat some spicy soup. Of course, I didn't added chili, but of course I've added too much ground pepper into it. Nothing new ๐Ÿ˜‚. I know that, the biggest inventions was created by accident and in that case, it's the same thing! Lol!
Very flavour, delicious and warming up soup. Ideal with garlic toast on top. If you wish you can also add some rice or noodles into it. Thanks that, it will be more filling. ๐Ÿ˜ŠIf I thought about this soup, automatically I want more! Don't wait up for nothing!
Let's do this great cream soup!


For preparing you will need:

  • one kg of tomatoes
  • four big red pepper
  • a half of onion
  • five garlic cloves
  • three cups of veggie stock
  • one little carrot
  • fresh basil
  • a half tbsp of coconut oil

Spices (as much as you want)

  • salt&pepper
  • ground pepper
  • garlic and onion powder
  • marjoram
  • dry lovage leaves
  • oregano
  • thyme

On top

  • garlic toast ( I just add into toast garlic powder)
  • fresh chopped parsley
  • black sesame

Preparing

  • cut red pepper in two parts, remove seeds from it,cut tomatoes in two parts and remove peduncles
  • place red pepper, tomatoes and garlic cloves on bake pan with paper, put into oven for 15 minutes, 180ยฐ with air flow
  • into pot add veggie stock, peeled carrot and boil it a bit
  • take out veggies from oven, remove skin from them, place paprika and garlic in pot with stock
  • tomatoes put into vessel, add a half of cup veggie stock into it and blend it
  • on pan fry onion a bit, on coconut oil and next, add it into pot with others ingredients
  • by strainer, start adding blended tomatoes (we don't want tomato seeds in our soup)
  • add fresh basil, spices and start blending


As I mentioned above, If you wish you can add chilli. Thanks to that, soup will be more warming up.
