"polio isolation", not sure what I'm looking for...
What does it sound like: was there a virus isolated as far as we understand isolated means? If you look at how they claimed to have isolated polio, in 1908 and again 30 years later in the early 50's late 40's and what the cdc consideres "poliovirus isolation procedure" you'll be aghast at what "isolated" means to virologists.
