Star Yamaha draft in Arenacross Tour champion
Star Yamaha have been scouting about and searching high and low to find a replacement for Dylan Ferrandis after losing him to injury in Atlanta. It has also been reported that Ferrandis sustained a broken arm and also some broken teeth... He will not be back for at least six weeks if that is the case.
Thomas Ramette has been drafted in as the fill in rider for the 250 SX East series and i believe Star are wasting no time and have been told we can expect Ramette on the starting line this weekend at St. Louis!

So it seems that Star were searching high and low, pulling out all the stops to get that ride filled. They have done well with Thomas Ramette though as he is a three time Arenacross Tour champion and has also got some experience racing in the Monster Energy Supercross rounds in the past. He has even taken part in some added bonus races like the Monster Cup and the very unique Red Bull Straight Rhythm.
Nothing official has been floated on the usual channels yet but this is a pretty done deal.
