Greetings everyone, and a big hello yo the steemkids family. I am here to commence the teaching of easy art tricks i learnt along the way, i hope they are simple enough for anyone to give it a go.
Today's simplified lesson will dwell solely on producing a bird art using guides such as numbers, letters, signs and a horizontal line.

Requirements

• An A4 sheet
• A ruler (not compulsory)
• A pen or pencil
• An eraser if needed

Step By Step Process

---

Now we proceed, so follow the process carefully. Anyone can create this simplified art, whether you are an art expert, beginner, or not skilled at all.
Below is a photo of what you have right now. I shall use a pen, and as such i need no eraser. But if you must use a pencil, it is logical to have an eraser too.

Step 1
Draw a horizontal line as shown in the picture below. Using a ruler makes the work easier, but the use of free hands is also not too bad.

Step 2
Now, we use numbers!
Draw out the number 22 such that the base aligns with the horizontal line which was earlier drawn. Each 22 (pair of 2s) is a potential bird, so i drew out 22 twice for an art with 2 birds as shown below.

NB: Each 22 sees the second 2 starting at the back of the first such that they are closely packed together. This is very important, look at the above photo again!

Step 3
Now, we enclose the frontal part of the 22 which was initially open. It should be done as shown in the photo below.

Step 4
Now, turn the turn the paper 90° to the left (anticlockwise) and draw out the letter C at the top of each 22.

NB: When drawing out the C on each 22, make sure to start from the second 2 and end on the first, as shown above.

Step 5
Now, we draw out the letter w at the base of each 22 (sets of 2s). The w is drawn such that the first u of double u (w) is shorter than the second, as shown below.

NB: The w must start at the start of the first 2's base, and it must end at the start of the second 2's base. We do not care about the end of each 2 of these 22 since we won't be creating the legs.

Step 6
Now, create a dot just as i have done in the photo below. The size of this dot depends on how big your bird is.

Step 7
Now, create a greater than sign (>) such that it fits in perfectly as the beak of the bird as shown below.

Step 8
Finally, draw a letter V in the enclosed loop of the first 2 of the 22 such that it becomes completed as shown below.
