Seminar PTK dan PTS
Pada hari sabtu tadi, 2 Maret 2019, guru-guru dan kepala SMK Se-Aceh Timur mengadakan seminar Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dan Penelitian Tindakan Sekolah (PTS) bagi kepala sekolah.
Seminar ini diadakan di SMKN Taman Fajar yang berlokasi di Desa Alue Nibong Kecamatan peureulak Kabupaten Aceh Timur. Seminar ini bertujuan untuk mempresentasikan hasil penelitian yang dibuat oleh guru-guru dan kepala SMK.
PTK atau PTS sejogyanya dipresentasikan karena untuk mendapatkan angka kredit (AK) sebesar 4. Guru-guru atau kepala sekolah yang ingin naik pangkat dari golongan III/b ke III/c harus membuat karya tulis ilmiah berupa PTK.
Ada 6 penyaji/ pemakalah pada seminar ini yaitu:
Pemakalah/Penyaji:
- Zaharni, S.Pd MM (Kepala SMKN 1 Peureulak Timur)
- Nurlela Lubis, S.Pd (Kepala SMKN 2 Ranto Selamat)
- Yustika Indra Kasih, S.ST (Guru SMKN 1 Idi)
- Hamidiah Goknaima, S.Pd (Guru SMKN 1 Simpang Ulim)
- Yulida Tarigan, ST (Guru SMKN 1 Peureulak Timur)
- Azwar Malik Rangkuti, S.Pd (Guru SMKN Taman Fajar)
Penguji PTK atau PTS di seminar ini adalah Bapak Erliadi, S.Pd MT (Pengawas SMK Propinsi Aceh) dan Bapak Fauzan, S.Pd M.Pd (Pengawas SMA Propinsi Aceh).
Diharapkan setelah seminar ini, guru atau kepala sekolah terus dapat menyajikan atau melakukan penelitian di sekolah untuk meningkatkan profesinalisme dalam mengajar bagi guru dan dalam mengelola sekolah bagi kepala sekolah.
