Bitcoin Lumen Program is launching next week: ( How to claim your lumens)
On Tuesday, June 27th Stellar Lumens going to allocate up to 16 BILLION lumens for BTC holders.

How to claim your Stellar lumens?
On June 27th Stellar.org will post a link to the claim page on the blog, Twitter, and their Slack channel. If you’ve already signed up to receive emails from Stellar about the program, you’ll receive a reminder email with the link letting you know that the program has launched.
Once you open the claim page, you’ll need to follow these simple steps:
Authenticate with your Facebook account.
Enter your Stellar public key or generate a new public key.
Put your BTC address. For P2SH (multisig) addresses, you will be asked for a redeem script.
Sign a displayed message. For P2PKH (normal bitcoin address) only one signature is required. For P2SH (multisig) addresses you need to provide as many signatures as required to release the funds from a P2SH address.
If signatures are not incorrect lumens will be sent to your Stellar account.

Just adding that the window closes in August 2017:
"August 27th, 2017: The bitcoin lumen program will conclude. If there are unclaimed lumens, they’ll go to Stellar.org’s operational fund and to the Build Challenge.".

Yes I've applied with my normal btc (where I own the private key) and already got my lumens. Also had some on Kraken but nothing yet...
