The use of silk and gold is forbidden for men.

The basic purpose of forbidding the use of silk and gold ornaments for men is to give them the best moral training. Because Deen-Islam is the religion of jihad and showing strength. Therefore, it is the goal of Islam to protect manhood from all kinds of moral weakness, disorder and fall. Allah has endowed men with a special kind of body and organizational structure and it is different from women. Therefore, men should not compete with beautiful women and start wearing expensive ornaments and very glamorous clothes. Apart from this, the collective and overall daughters are also rooted in it.

Islam has fought against luxury, comfort and splendor. Forbidding gold ornaments and silk garments for men is a special part of this struggle. Because luxury and comfort can be seen as the cause of national destruction and catastrophe in the eyes of Quran. It is also the product of collective oppression and exploitation. Because a handful of people, by exploiting a huge number of people and the poor, accumulate this mountain of luxury and enjoy unlimited comfort. And it is this class of people who have forever stood up against any social reform and collective welfare effort. At this stage the Qur'an is being proclaimed

When we decide to destroy a country, we hire people who are affluent and comfortable there, they start disobeying Allah there. Then We enforced the judgment on the people there and destroyed it completely.

When we send a bully to a locality and he starts to do it, the happy luxurious big people there start saying, I am denying the responsibility that you have been sent.

In keeping with this view of the Qur'an, the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) forbade luxury and luxury goods in Muslim life. So we see that on the one hand He has forbidden gold ornaments and silk cloths for men, on the other hand He has forbidden all gold and silver utensils to both men and women.

In addition, there are economic reasons for this. Because gold is considered as cash reserve capital in international management. Therefore, it should not be recommended for men to use it as ornaments or utensils.
