Better Life/diary game: 06/sep/2021

Hello friends, welcome to my new post and how are you all, I hope you are doing well.

Friends, today I woke up at 8:00 am.Now I don't go to gym in the morning, you go in the evening because my friend has some work. Because of this and leave only at 5:00.And today we performed chest exercises in which we performed 4 or 5 types of express and four sets of each exercise.

And today I could not do cardio because I got a call from my friend. He had to pay somewhere. Because of this I had to leave early and today I was not able to do cardio. But I must perform the exercise of my four arms.

And friends, most of the people, avoid four arms
exercise, but do not know why. This is a very important exercise, due to which our hands get a lot of strength.

And friends, today I brought 1 kg of apple for me because what is there by eating apple that the appetite decreases a little and we get more time. Otherwise we feel so hungry because of which we eat anything and our fat increases a lot.

Friends, I do not eat fried things because there is more fat than fried things and there are many diseases too. Because of this now I have stopped eating fried things. Its been 2 weeks and i lost 3kg weight in just 5 days on my diet.
Friends, I sleep after drinking turmeric milk, that's why I brought a packet of milk for myself.
