After tired of working, when hunger strikes, heavy food seems suitable to replace the energy drained in the office. For residents of Kota Lhokseumawe, Aceh, one of the restaurants that can be visited is Rhumbia Restaurant located on Jalan Tgk Chik Ditiro.

Around this restaurant, there are a some of offices. No wonder that at lunch time, this restaurant is often full of office employees around it.

Because it is the choice of employees, Rhumbia is often a kind of meeting place (rendezvouz) without an appointment first. I and several other people I did not know often met with old friends accidentally.

As I saw on Wednesday, February 12, 2020. While enjoying the lunch, I saw a man approaching a number of police officers who were waiting for food to be served on their table. The young man and the corps got story from each other before the middle-aged man moved to his desk because he had come with another guys.

In Rhumbia also available various types of seafood such as grilled fish, squid, oysters, and crabs. For those who like vegetables, besides the “gule pliek” that I mentioned above, there is also “cicah aceh” made from flowers and fresh papaya leaves that taste bitter.

Reportedly, fresh papaya flowers and leaves are good for health. At that time I asked for a gotu kola leaf which was reportedly able to prevent Alzheimer's disease.

However, this type of cuisine in Aceh is only available during the month of Ramadan.

Finally, I ordered fresh papaya flowers and leaves as a vegetable. Because I like cooking dishes, I ordered small fish which the Acehnese people called "deud". This type of fish is rarely on the market. Many people like it, including me.

In addition, I also ordered fish eggs sauteed with a little sauce. I like various types of fish eggs although for some people it is a problem because it contains high weak.

For those who want to enjoy practical food, here are also available fried rice and fried chicken that are fried immediately when someone orders.

For that, it does have to wait about 15 minutes so for people who want to return to the office immediately, it's not practical.

Rhumbia has service standards such as the Padang restaurant where various types of dishes will be served on the table and visitors only pay for what they eat.

On certain days, some types of dishes are gone when they arrive late. So if you want to feel a more complete menu, it is better to come earlier to Rhumbia.

But be careful, people say we can get sleepy when eating a lot. Do not until after lunch in Rhumbia, you are lazy to go back to the office.

You know, in some typical dishes of Aceh there are cannabis seeds that make you want to sleep and like floating. But in Rhumbia it is said there are no cannabis seeds in cooking. Who knows? []
