Sanger sip is a routine activity for me and my friends. Every morning or evening or both, we enjoy the frightening while discussing many things, ranging from light themes, around football, work issues, music, politics, or family problems. Whatever topic we discuss, the drink menu remains a sanger.
Sanger is coffee mixed with sugar and a little milk. But remember please, this is not milk coffee. Many connoisseurs of sanger mention that a good sanger does not feel the milk's aroma.
When sipping a sanger, what is felt is the aroma of coffee and the tones of bitter coffee on the tip of the tongue.
Sanger are not yet widely known in Indonesia. Sanger is a typical drink of Aceh, a westernmost province in the territory of Indonesia. In a way, this is Aceh's cappuccino.
Historically, the sanger stands for "mutual understanding" in Indonesian. Reportedly there used to be students who wanted to drink milk coffee but did not have enough money. He called the word "mutual understanding" to the barista, abbreviated as "sanger".
That is, ask for a little milk and a little sugar mixed in coffee. Apparently, in its development the sanger drink became a typical drink. Can robusta or arabica coffee. There is also an Sanger Expresspresso variant.
Now, sanger is a favorite drink with various variants. There was even a wine sanger, which unfortunately was not found in Taufik Kupi, where we used to hang out in Kota Lhokseumawe, Aceh.
But the eskpresso sanger at Taufik Kupi tastes amazing. Every drop is absorbed on the tongue and hard to forget, like a beautiful memory that you want to be repeated.
Taufik Kupi is located on the outskirts of Lhokseumawe City. Just step about 200 meters to the east, you will find the lips of Ujong Blang Beach.
But don't expect to be able to hear the waves while sipping a sanger because the sound of the surrounding vehicles makes noise that disturbs the solemnity of the atmosphere.
In addition to vehicle disruptions, the hot weather of Lhokseumawe City is also quite disturbing, especially for those who often settle in cold regions. But if you want to enjoy the abundance of sunlight, Lhokseumawe is the place.
While enjoying the sunshine as warm as 28 degrees Celsius, you can enjoy a sanger for $ 0.5 US or if you want to enjoy an expresso sanger, you have to pay $ 1.4 US.
