Try to wake up early in the morning because there are many banifits

1 . Its give us mental fitness

When we wake up early our mind is fresh and we are able to think in pleasant mood and it reduce the stress level

  1. We are able to make Bigger scores

The experiment shows that those students who wake up early in the morning scores higher marks and achieved high grades

  1. Build up positively in our nature

It also help in our mental thinking and those people are happier then other and think positively. .
