INGREDIENTS
Sauce
60 ml (1/4 cup) olive oil
30 ml (2 tablespoons) tomato paste
2.5 ml (1/2 teaspoon) dried oregano
2.5 ml (1/2 teaspoon) balsamic vinegar
1 small clove garlic, finely chopped
Salt and pepper
Pizza
4 naans breads
or
4 tortillas
500 mL (2 cups) choice of toppings (peppers, mushrooms, sausages, smoked meat, remaining cooked chicken)
375 ml (1 1/2 cups) grated mozzarella cheese
PREPARATION
Sauce
In a bowl, combine all ingredients. Season with salt and pepper.
Pizza
Place the rack in the middle of the oven. Preheat oven to 210°C (425°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Brush breads with sauce. Spread toppings and cheese over bread. Place on baking sheet and bake 10 to 12 minutes or until cheese is lightly browned.
