Healthy recipe
Lately I have been focusing more on micronutrients and I have tried to reach the dialy recommendation of each vitamin and mineral. It is definitely harder than I thought. To do so, I have tried to come up with nutritious, filled with micro nutrients recipes.
You can have this delicious bowl of goodness either as a breakfast or dessert or even as lunch or dinner for naughty people 😋.
You only need a few ingredients.
For the base:
2 tbsp of chia+ 6 tbsp of water or milk.
180g of high protein yogurt
Pinch of salt and cinnamon
Toppings:
1 tbps of: sunflower, pumpkin and hemp seeds
1 tbsp of goji berries
Banana
Dark chocolate
Nutrition Summary:
The full recipe has 553 cals, 73g carbs, 22g fats, 12.6 fiber and 21g protein.
This bowl is also very rich in omega 3 and 6, calcium, copper, iron, zinc, magnesium, manganese, phosphorus, potassium, selenium, vitamin B complex, vitamin A, vitamin K, vitamin C and E.
