Hello good evening every one, Is always joy toreach out to my friends on steemit. You people are the reason, I don't stop learning everyday. What I know is everyday present an opportunity to learn something new, whether bad or good, we learn something
Tonight, I wanna share with you some words of encouragement.
I will start by quoting Bill Gates who once said "“Don’t compare yourself with anyone in this world…if you do so, you are insulting yourself.”

One of the very things that stack us back is comparing ourselves with others. Comparing ourselves to others could only mean 2 things, either we are superior or inferior than them, but non of these assessment will be factual accurate. We all have our individual differences, even identical twins have them, We have our own strength and weakness and that differs us completely from others. We are all steemians but our talents here can never be the same, we all have one particular thing we are good at.
Most people are frustrated because they think their effort on steemit has not been seen. Sometimes we start to question ourselves, what is that special thing steemian A is doing that I'm also not doing. Most people have in fact transferred the realities of life here. Thinking copying others work will earn them more votes, But trust me, the Only thing that will see us getting to the top is by Bettering Our yesterday. We can intensify our style of writing, we can devote much time to whatever we are doing right on steemit. You should bare in mind, no one does it better than you, if you think you've not been recognized, don't give up on yourself. It takes time to get to the top, but once there, we careless about the suffering we went through. Don't give up on your post, just better it and you will be good to go.

Somethings to take note of

• Recognizing your natural talents. Try as much as possible to identify some of the things you are good at.
• Make a list of things you don't like about yourself on steemit...It could be dying for votes, issues with visiting others post. You know yourself very well and the things you don't like doing on steemit.
• lastly, work very hard to secure your tomorrow, tackle these limitations for about a week and surely you will see some changes with steemit.

Always Remember Rome was not built in a Day... It took Years....Just focus on yourself and be the best...
