Nutritious Beverage - Banana Smoothie

You can have a great start to the day

by drinking a smoothie in the morning.
And this way you could skip your coffee....

Today, I decided to make a banana smoothie
With the addition of orange, pear, kiwi and ice.

I like to make smoothies.
They are very nutritious.
And don't require too much work.

Place your ingredients in the blander and
blend them on high speed until smooth.

Pour it into a glass cup
Garnish with an orange slice

looks great, but now you have me thinking, what kind of smoothie I can make with coffee also added to it, one that will taste good. I love having the best of both worlds.
