What’s up Steemianz….
Hope so all are doing well by the grace of Allah Almighty. I’m also doing fine. Today Im going to participate in a contest by @khursheedanwar about our daily meals. Whether those are Vegans or Non-Vegans. They may be a mixture. But today Im going to answer some questions about Vegans and Non-vegans and will also discuss about their benefits.
So let’s start without wasting our time.

This contest is about Vegan people and Non-Vegan people. Vegan people are those that eats plant like stuff such as vegetables. That are obtain from the soil and that cotain alot of minerals and useful substances. On the other hand Non-Vegans are those that eat meat from the animals like cow sheep goat chicken(bird).
So basically in this contest we have to tell us about ourselves that either we are Vegans or we are Non-Vegans. So let’s start the contest.

Human minds have a speciality of choosing something according to his likings. And human mind choose whether it is beneficial for it or not. It’s like a temptation for us to get something that we don’t have. Same happens in case of our daily life eating. Some likes to eat food that consists of plants and vegetables and some wants to eat animal flesh also called meat. Everyone choose according to it’s taste irrespective of it’s benefits.
Yes, I’m a Non-Veg
That’s the reason i am after my mind of choosing Non-Vegan food over Vegan Food. So you can say that Im a Non-Vegan. I love to eat meat instead of vegetables and i am a Non- Vegetarian. I love to eat meat not because meat is more healthier than vegetables but it all depends on the taste. According to my taste buds Meat is far more tastier than vegetables that’s is the sole reason for me to select meat over vegetables.

Vegan V/S Non-Vegan
This question also depends on someone’s mentality and understanding. We all have a habit of diverting our mind towards that thing which we want to obtain. Then we don’t consider the outcome of choosing that thing. Same happens in choosing daily life food. We all run after the taste of the food instead of it’s benefits or it’s harmful effects. More of us like Non vegan food than vegan food depending on the taste of the food. Although the taste of Non vegan food is more than that of the vegan food but Vegan Food is far more healthier than Non-Vegan Foods.
Although Non-Vegan food contain mostly protein which is very essential for our health as protien is the basis source for the production of a cell. And it is very vital for cell. Every cell made up if almost all proteins and some other substances. So we can say that Non-Vegan food contains healthful substances but there are some limitations of Non-Vegan Food. As the excess intake of Non-Vegan Food may cause heart Attack and cholesterol and uric Acid problems ,Obesity,Diabetes, Jaundice,Hepatitis etc.
On the other Hand Vegan Food is only healthy. It consists of a large amount of minerals and useful substances like zinc,magnesium,iron,protien(as in chickpeas) and many more Vitamins that are essential. Also the vegan food may have very negligible limitations. It’s excess don’t cause any diseases. Infact vegan food is essential for many harmful diseases. Like Carrots are usefull for our eyesight etc. My reason of choosing Non-Vegan is for taste. So according to me To be a Vegan is a more healthier choice although Im Non-Vegan. But we should go for Vegan food despite of it’s taste we should Consider it’s benefits.

As usual I’m enjoying Non-Vegan Food today. It is a dish of Beef with Broth. It is a very famous dish in Pakistan and also it is a traditional dish that every Pakistani cook on the arrival of guests in the past decades and also nowadays. It is a very popular dish that is well known for its taste and uniqueness. It’s broth is very delicious and also very nutritious. I enjoy my meal alot.
Ingredients:
Here are the ingredients of making this dish
• Beef Meat
• Onions
• Pepper
• Tomatoes
• Spices
• Coriander
• Ginger
• Garlic
• Cooking Oil
Method of Making:
First of all you have to wash the beef meat thoroughly and then put the meat along with onions, garlic,ginger,spices,peppers etc in a pressure Cooker for 10 to 15 minutes. After that you have to put the cooked substance in a separate pan and then cook it on a high flame 🔥 untill the meat become soft and fluffy. Pit the cooked meat in a plate and enjoy it just like me.

It is also nice to see how you view between the Vegans and those who eat. This is an interesting way that you write about the challenge between having a good taste or allocating to maintain health. Preferably with taste – deciding on healthy food choices like Vegan but it is necessary to note that.

Due to high cholesterol content in meat, especially red meat it could cause a severe health conditions which are not good for diseases like diabetes etc, You have stated in your article that being a vegan is the best, but I must tell you that it is not completely rosy combining both plants and animal matters in our food is very important, so my dear friend I would love you to be a non vegan because both plants and animal matters or food products are useful for the body.
