September 19 2022 - Talked too much
Today I had to go to my Portugal office. I had some training to give to new team members that involved me talking for about 7 hours. My voice was a bit hoarse by the end of the day.
In the evening, I took the opportunity to once again walk around the city. It was lively, still loads of tourists here and it's a lot hotter than it was a couple of weeks ago when I came here.
The summer has had a late comeback.
Walking around the city gave me a reasonable step count and all the hills gave me a workout.
