Does NoFap actually work?
I discovered NoFap a few years back, but thought nothing of it. I began watching pornography at around 9-10 years old, and since then I fell in love with masturbation and went to it as a nice dopamine release each day, sometimes twice or even three times. At 15-16 I ran a pornsite for money, but also just because it was a lot of fun to do it.
When I first tried having sex with my girlfriend at the time, it was rather cringey and just a horrible experience overall. She tried her best and I was horny, however E.D. embarrassed me. Ever since then I've been trying to have amazing experiences and it seems like I do 10x better when I'm "on" NoFap while approaching girls and dating them. If you suffer from erectile dysfunction, premature ejaculation, lack of confidence or a low self-esteem among other things, I'd highly suggest you to try NoFap at least for a week or two and see how you feel!
Really admire your courage to talk about this and encourage other people to get healthy. I really hope some other folks who may be struggling with this can get some inspiration from your post!
Nice to see a video about NoFap man. I got into it a few years ago. From my experience, once you get into it, you cant go back. NoFap is a way of life.
