Dear Esteemed Steemians, having created an account to join the Steemit community, I'm making this verification post to identify myself with the community by doing the “introduce yourself ” for proper identification.

ABOUT ME

I'm Goodluck by name and I'm a Nigerian 🇳🇬 citizen, precisely from the southeast part of Nigeria.
I grew up in a family of ten (10) including my parents and I'm in my mid-30s.

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND

My educational journey started when I obtained my West African Senior School Certificate (WASSC) in 2008.

Being an ambitious scholar, I went further to obtain a National Diploma (ND) in Finance &
Banking in 2012.

I further obtained a Higher National Diploma (HND), also in finance & Banking in 2015.

CAREER/OCCUPATION

Gathering a wealth of knowledge in finance, business, and banking, I became passionate about analyzing business and financial figures, hence becoming a Finance and business data analyst.

On the sideline, I write business content. I'm also an E-trader and trainer with a focus on digital assets.

It is also worth noting that I engage in small-scale livestock farming, poultry precisely. This is where I rear broilers for commercial purposes.

MY HOBBIES:

As usually said, all works and no play makes Jack a dull boy.

I love singing gospel and romantic songs.
Traveling, meeting people, and making friends makes me happy.

Football : I'm a stunch Chelsea football club fan so I love watching football.

MY JOURNEY TO STEEMIT

On Monday 18 March 2024, by 7:45 pm, I met a friend of mine called Mr. Richard, @Richy20, in a barbing salon.

After the greetings, I asked Mr. Richard about his experience with the impact of the ban on the biggest crypto exchange operating in my country.

He says the ban is quite a disappointing decision made so far.
He was wondering how such a big crypto exchange company could be banned in the country.

After much discussion about the ban, he said he has been leveraging on Steemit, so he has no regrets about the ban on the crypto exchange.

With his response, I became curious to know more about this STEEMIT and how it works.

We engaged in a much more serious conversation about STEEMIT and thereafter, I became interested and he guided me into the Steemit community.

Today, I'm here now with my achievement 1 post to identify myself with the Steemit community.

MY VALUE PROPOSITION TO THE STEEMIT COMMUNITY

With my wealth of knowledge gathered so far, the Steemit community will benefit from it through:

• Constant Exchange of ideas that will grow and impact the community positively

• Delegation is a way to increase the value and capacity of the community and its members' holdings. I will contribute to building the community by engaging in delegations

• I will help community members achieve their growth objectives by constantly voting for their posts as well as posting informative and educative writeups that provide solutions

WHY I LOVE STEEMIT

The reasons I love Steemit is that it has some benefits over other social media platforms. These benefits include:

• Steemit rewards users for creating quality content

• Where censorship is a challenge to other social media platforms, steemit copes with it

• Steemit uses and promotes community building and not referrals

• Since creating quality content is one of the ways to become a relevant Steemian, this will propel me to explore my creative ingenuity

CONCLUSION

Being part of a community that prioritizes rewards for members is worth being in.

Giving back to the Steemit community will also be one of my priorities.
