The Love Tree
She was sitting under the love tree,
Wishing to be loved so dearly.
"Everyone says under the love tree,
You find true love at your feet.
I can't wait to see what's in store for me!"
She sat there everyday,
Waiting to be loved.
When she was giving up hope,
A guy showed up...
"Hi." He said as he sat next to her,
Their hearts had already fallin for each other.
Everyday they met at the love tree,
Deeply in love,
They couldn't get enough.
"Will you go to dinner with me."
He asked his new beauty.
"Of course!"
She said smiling.
They met that evening,
But something wasn't clicking...
Their hearts didn't want each other,
And they didn't want to be together.
"I thought I loved you...
But I don't even know you."
He left right away,
But the girl wasn't phased.
The next morning,
He went to sit under the tree,
And all he could think about was that girl,
His beauty.
He called her and said,
"I don't know what happened Yesterday...
I'm sorry,
Please be mine and stay."

As he got up from the love tree,
He felt the same way she did..
He didn't even remember her name.
On Monday,
They both found each other under the love tree,
And suddenly,
They were deeply in love.
"Oh how I missed your touch!"
The girl said as if she hadn't seen him in years...
"Lets go to dinner,
My beauty,
I'll buy you whatever your heart desires!"
He said, as if he wanted to give her the world.
When they went from under the love tree,
They saw each other differently.
"What's happening?"
The girl screamed.
Then she stepped under the love tree again,
And felt in love with him.
She stepped out,
And didn't even remember his name.
"Do you know what this means?"
She asked him hesitantly.
"Yes.. I do."
He said quietly.
"You can only be in love with each other...
