the aceh traditional house museum is a legacy from the ancestors. the museum was founded July 31, 1915 precisely before Indonesian independence. and located right in the city of banda aceh. Aceh houses have a height of 7 meters and have as many as 16 building poles. I am a little surprised, and the question arises why Aceh houses should be built high. ?
Museum officials said that, aside from being a place to live, Aceh's house also became a protector because there were many wild animals in ancient times. because there is a lot of forest.
besides that there are also mosques in Aceh. this is the Baiturrahman mosque located in the center of Banda Aceh. which was built in 1162. this is one of the ancient mosques in Indonesia.
and there is also a unique building. I forgot to ask about this building. in my opinion this is an old building too.
