Bento lunch box

Few days ago had a free lunch provided by management. Western meal chicken chop with pasta.

Does your company practice this way ,that to allocate a certain amount as quarterly fund for individual. The each management team then decide what and how to spend the accumulated quarterly fund and hosting some activities to improve bonding among employees?

This year due to covid, unable to host any meal together or so by utilising this fund, so we ordered so called bento set for each one.

While many still think it's better than none, but many of us still think will be better if the quarterly fund be distributed to us and we go out for meals ourselves. Haha. what say you ?
