The Diary Game (December 28, 2020)- Preparing for the year end

It is already the final week of the Year 2020, which is supposed to be an easy-remembered due to the digit easy to memorize , but it had turned up to be one of the worst year I ever encountered. So today return to work place after long weekend, is to prepare our department for the year end closing.

This is an annual practice when our company SAP, finance and store inventory etc will close for few days during the lapse of the new year. So before the days comes, we will have to prepare all the spare parts in standby and withdraw it from store, because SAP system will not be available for few days.

Luckily today the line is not heavy loaded, so preparing for the upcoming inventory stock up is going through smoothly. No disturbance from external party asking me to do this do that.

Lunch time, again turn cloudy and seems going to rain. Thinking of the hassle of bringing umbrella as standby , decided again dine in the company canteen. Company canteen is more comfortable in the sense it’s air-conditioned , but the food price is at the higher side.

Today lunch took the modified version of Nasi Lemak with fried chicken wing, actually the food combination looks like rojak to me and mix and match . Any way , it saves the my risk of going out food court and getting wet , so considered this point , still ok.

Evening is bit peaceful with works are as scheduled. Many bosses not around so no additional task suddenly assigned to us.

So today able to back on time and until end of day , there was no rain at all, don’t know where the cloud went.

Dinner time , went to the Food court named after Malaysia Boleh, this food court serves all sort of food easily found in Malaysia street and decorated with a Malaysian street atmosphere. The food here really remind us the taste of Malaysia as we Malaysians are stuck here in Singapore unable to travel back home country due to the pandemic bounder lockdown.

Also noticed the moonlight was so bright tonight during the journey walking back home. That remind me tomorrow is the day lunar 15. 😊
