Darters birds in Bangladesh
Darters area unit usually referred to as "snake-birds" as a result of their long skinny neck, which supplies a snake-like look after they swim with their bodies submerged. The males have black and brownish body covering, associate erectile crest on the rear and a bigger bill than the feminine. The females have abundant paler body covering particularly on the neck and underparts. The darters have fully webbed feet and their legs area unit short and set way back on the body. Their body covering is somewhat permeable, like that of cormorants, and that they unfold their wings to dry when diving.
