It been 36 days since I had been joined steemit. With steemit, i had learn so many new things and known new supportive friends.

Thanks to @melindajamulis for introducing steemit to me. Also to mum to be @heartbeat1515 and supportive friends @zamifara and @sahiranadiah who always guide, inspiring me to write a blog.

Not forgetting our small group SLC #steemit little circle. We start from small number, now we grow slowly.

Also my big steemit family #teammalaysia who always keep posting good content and advice.

Steemit is another one of the financial resources for us. Blogging makes us think and reading more, which good for our brain.

I will share the benefit of reading ( conclusions from what i read from Reader's Digest )

1. Reading can force the brain to think critically and make connections from ont chaoter to the next chapter and to the outside world.

2. Promote quick thinker and may provide a greater defense against the worst effect of cognitive decay.

3. Reading friction book increase empathy and emotional intelligence.(can lead to more positive human interactions and can lower stress level)

4. Reading anything examples magazine, newspapers and web articles also fill you mind with word, phrases and fact.

5. Large vocabulary is good for cognitive reserves. Examples damage by stroke, dementia and other brain decay, cognitive reserve help brain cells to fine new pathway around area of damages.

You don’t need to end up a fluent speaker, either. “Just having the basics of those linguistic connections can delay dementia,” Dr. Thomas Bak of the University of Edinburgh told the Atlantic
