Come ogni estate, da Capo Villaggio, mi trovo ad operare come in questa stagione con ragazzi che vanno dai 18 ai 23 anni.
Quest'anno sono una decina.
Come ogni estate mi trovo a dover sfatare il luogo comune secondo cui i giovani non vogliono fare nulla, vivono
perennemente sul sofa' ed altre idiozie simili.
Ascoltano musica di merda...questo si, ma questo non ha nulla a che vedere col resto.

Forse sono bravo a fare gruppo, forse so fare questo lavoro, magari riesco ad essere un buon esempio postponendo sempre il “facciamo” al “fate” fatto sta che anche questa estate mi sembra di avere a che fare con davvero dei bravi ragazzi.
L'ennesima dimostrazione che ai giovani oggi non manca la voglia di mettersi in gioco, mancano i punti di riferimento.

Un tempo c'erano la scuola e la famiglia, al limite una raddrizzata poteva darla ai maschietti il militare, oggi molte di queste cose o sono cambiate o sono estinte.
In questo lavoro non si puo' neanche dire che la matrice economica sia prioritaria, i ragazzi guadagnano dai 500 agli 850
euro piu' vitto ed alloggio al mese a seconda se hanno gia' fatto o
meno stagioni.

Lo fanno per fare un esperienza, c'e' chi ha lasciato lavori in ristoranti e pizzerie pagati il triplo per provare qualche mese a fare questa vita.
Se dai riferimenti precisi di operativita', fai in modo che sappiano anche divertirsi, sei un punto di riferimento preciso, dimostri di saper maneggiare il lavoro e sai dosare complimenti e rimproveri ti seguiranno anche in mezzo al fuoco.
Fanno tutto cio' che gli chiedo di fare e lo fanno col sorriso sulle labbra, perche' senza quello questo lavoro non lo puoi fare.

E' finito il tempo dei sergenti di ferro, non servono piu.
Li devi trattare da adulti, non da ragazzini e ti dimostreranno che adulti lo sono sul serio al di la' dei luoghi comuni e, ripeto, delle cazzate che si scrivono sui ragazzi.
In fondo sono le stesse che dicevano su di noi.

In this job it cannot even be said that the economic matrix is ​​a priority, the kids earn from 500 to 850

They do it to gain experience, there are those who have left jobs in restaurants and pizzerias that pay three times as much to try to live this life for a few months.

They do everything I ask them to do and they do it with a smile on their faces, because without that you can't do this job.

The time of iron sergeants is over, they are no longer needed.
You have to treat them like adults, not like kids and they will show you that they really are adults beyond the clichés and, I repeat, the bullshit that is written about kids.
After all, they are the same ones they said about us.
