I believe they are tracking registrations by IP, Try signing up through a vpn that may fix the issue. I personally use psiphon https://psiphon3.com/en/index.html Let me know how it goes! Maybe incognito on chrome would work as well
Thanks for the advice, but I would like to register with my IP, since it is my static for trading (I write posts from another computer and another internet for security).
Though probably I will not actively trade on Binance, I just want to sell SONM from ICO at a convenient case above 5000 sats...
