Trdlo is a Czech delicacy?
All tourists visiting Prague must try a delicacy, called Trdlo. Trdlo cooks from the dough directly at the place of sale, there are many fillings for "sweet pastry on the spit" from chocolate to various ice cream mussels. In Prague, the point of sale is at every corner.
What was my surprise when visiting Pilsen, Karlovy Vary, Ust 'on Labem I did not see a single trader Trdelnik. Arriving home, I became interested in the question, why only in a crowded Prague tourists sell Trdlo? And on one of the YouTube channel the Czech explained that Trdelnik is not real Czech cuisine, but a delicacy borrowed in the beginning of the 20th century in Austria. True or not, I do not know. I'll have to once again visit the Czech Republic, which would sort out this issue.)))

Why I have never had the pleasure to eating one of these, I have no clue! Good gravy, these look delicious. Putting these on my bucket list of foods to taste. I hope to see more creative food posts! Have a Great One!

Я была в Чехословакии в 80 -том году. Исколесили вдоль и поперек Чехию и Словакию, 16 очень интересных дней, а такого деликатеса не видели, интересно попробовать.
