Simple and Easy Fried Noodles with Soy Sauce
Hi steemians, what are you doing today, I hope always healthy and happy. Today I happen to be fasting on sunnah shakban and on today's menu, I also make simple and easy fried noodles.
Directly, the ingredients are as follows;
- 500 gr yellow noodles
- 200 gr shrimp peeled
- pokcoy
- coriender and leek
- 2 thinly sliced shallots
- 3 chopped garlic
- oyster sauce
- sweet soy sauce
- chilli sauce
- ground pepper
- cooking oil
- salt
- 1 egg.
How to make it is very easy, namely;
- Heat oil in a wok and put onion and garlic.
- Then add the egg, stir briefly
- Then add the pokcoy and leeks
- add the shrimp and add the oyster sauce, chilli sauce, and sweet soy sauce.
- stir until evenly distributed and give a little water.
- stir again until everything is well blended.
- then enter the yellow noodles stirring all until everything is mixed and the noodles are perfect.
- After stirring evenly, turn off the heat and ready to eat during breaking the fast.
