First of all, I want to wish all my friends in Steemit community to be always fine. This was just a typical day in the life of a house wife though it proved to be very productive and packed with various activities. When the sun rose, I felt that I could get up a little earlier than I normally do I wake up. There were several additional things on my checklist for this week because in my community there was something to celebrate.

Before proceeding on with some few household chores, I took my breakfast well, which put me in a good mood for the day. Now I start my day with a cup of tea and spend some time sitting by the balcony and enjoying the calmness of the nature. This is a precious time in the day there is stillness, hush: a moment before the day starts.

Then after few minutes, I proceeded to my room where I changed for the event. The event was a Welfare Community Women’s group member reception and I did not want to be late for. The program took approximately two hours and it was so beautiful to see people Happy as they celebrate.

When I got home I had a good time with my baby boy although he is not as small as before, he was full of energy and laughed most of the time.

And then I was back again in the kitchen area and without wasting much time, I prepared a delectable chicken tehari for lunch. We were satisfied with the meal, and afterwards, I took a short but invigorating siesta.

As the day progressed there was a change in the environment. So after my husband returned from work, we went out for some shopping at the CSD for some requirements of the house. Well, actually it was a good shopping we were able to get all that we wanted and needed.

But this was not the end of the day. My husband told me that we had an official dinner in the evening, to go, a ‘Dining Out Night.’ It was my first time to participate in such a program so I was happy but at the same time felt a new experience. I put on a decent outfit to go with the event and together we headed to the venue. The dinner was somewhat formal, but it was also nice and relaxing with the opportunity to communicate something differently.

Thus, by the time we reached home, the status of the day was complete as well. It was just a typical day full of home and outdoor chores and amidst all these simple and mundane activities it was very satisfying. Looking back over it I relate how these seemingly mundane days are what provide equilibrium and happiness in life. With all extraneous activities and unexpected occurrences that happen in each day, it makes me realize that there are many gorgeous things in life.
