hellow friends how are you going on ? today I am going to try to complete this challenge with you I want to get you know about sweet addiction and and glad to do it so lets start and I am going to share you the pictures of sweet and then tell you about more

chocolate cake is the most favorite cake of everyone and having sweet taste and amazing and people are adddicted by it

  1. Do you consider yourself addicted to sugar?
    Yes i believe I am because I often crave sweets & especially after meals or when I’m stressed. it decrease the stressness.

  1. Have you ever tried to quit sugar? How did it go?
    Yes once I tried to stop eating sugar for a week. The first few days were hard because it felt tired and & moody but I start feeling better after 4 days and might can control lol

  1. What emotions do you feel before consuming sugar?
    I feel excited and happy when I see sweets because I love it especially cakes or chocolate. It gives me comfort and relax and control anxiety.

  2. Has your sugar consumption increased recently?
    Yes especially during exam times or stress and if you're sick or sad I tend to snack more on sweets its better.

  1. How do you feel physically after eating sugar?
    I usually get a short burst of energy because its too much heavy but then I feel tired or lazy afterwards.

  1. Do you often experience headaches, fatigue, or bloating?
    Yes especially bloating I did not realize sugar might be the cause until now and I agree that.

  1. What is your most common excuse to eat sweets?
    “i want to deserve and Just one would not to be hurt.

  1. What strategies have you used to reduce or quit sugar?
    I am trying to replacing sugar with fruits or dates because it has similar taste and drinking more water helps to reduce cravings too. and it is also healthy and heavy

Would you like to quit sugar completely? Why?
Yes because i know it I affecting my health &skin &and energy levels boosting your health

  1. What would be your first step to start reducing sugar?
    I will start by avoiding processed snacks and keeping myself from away.
