Buckwheat with mushrooms in a pot

Buckwheat — 0.5 stack.
Water — 1 stack.
Mushrooms — 1 handful
Onion — 0.5 PC.
Salt — to taste
Pepper — to taste

1. Prepare the ingredients.
2. In a clay pot to pour the cereal, pour the freshly boiled water, salt, cover and send in a preheated oven to 220 ºC.
3. Fresh mushrooms cut into thin plates.

4. Onions finely chop.
5. Fry the mushrooms and onions on a fairly high heat until the mushrooms are browned. Salt and pepper.
6. Pull the pot out of the oven. Add mushrooms, stir, close the pot again and send back to the oven for another 15 minutes.
