Hello guys,

Good leaders leads by setting examples for their followers to emulate, they act as role models and mentors to their followers. Good leaders don't only pay lib service and go back to the couch relaxing and expecting everything to go has planned. They take on the steering wheel and navigate their followers through the narrow paths by involving or practising what they preach. Every organization or a group of people needs someone to represent them in achieving the set aims and objectives.

They are common things that every good leader must do, that is, to educate, lead by example and persuade followers to embrace these examples knowing very well that it will help the group in attaining its goals.

Good Leaders educate their followers

Speaking of examples and education, I will use this opportunity to commend the leaders of the steem ecosystem for always keeping us abreast and educating us with new developments through @steemitblog, and also to the leaders of @steem-ghana for their constant education especially on #club5050 and its eligibility. I know that the new and biggest initiative on steemit right now is #club5050, #club75 and #club100, and some members have attempted using the tags wrongfully making the work of curators burdensome in identifying legible members. But with constant education by leaders, members now understand the eligibilities and who is qualified depicting a good leadership.

Good Leaders set examples

Not only do leaders educate by paying libs service, but they also get involved. Members turn to be convinced when they see leaders get into action, that is real leadership. I will like to give a kodus to the leaders of this community for constantly getting involved in every initiative they brought on board especially with #club5050 campaign. I have seen several power ups by leaders and this has actually convinced me to consistently power up my steem. Leaders set examples for their followers to follow.

I have personally supported this initiative from its inception, and this is also contributed to how leaders have handle the message of this compaign and am very glad to see that a good number of members across the steem ecosystem have gotten involved.
