Enough Sleep- importance

Not getting enough sleep can result in loss of brain function and what we call it l; loss of Synapses. Brain can start eating itself. Even if you recover your sleep, it could result in irreversible damage and could potentially result in Alzheimer’s and other neurological disorders.

I agree. Not getting enough sleep also makes you cranky and then you make bad decisions when you plan to buy cryptos.
