Civic ICO - How will Ethereum issues impact tomorrow's Civic ICO?
Civic is an identity verification project with a product already on the market. It is on the Ethereum blockchain and is an ERC20 token.
They've had a sold out presale and tomorrow is the ICO. With the issues that occurred due to the Status ICO today and are still occurring, tomorrow's ICO could have some issues.
How will the Ethereum blockchain issues impact the Civic ICO?

I'm still a rank noob so any "insight" I pretend to offer would be laden with error. I do dig it that you people have the finger on the pulse though. It would be nice to have your knowledge at this stage. Knowing what's going on must be very handy. lol
In this case, I think that it could impact the ICO. I'm not sure how. It could shut it down completely, it could cause BTC to be the only crypto accepted, it could just make ETH transactions even slower.
