A gentleman says that while going to the office, his wife used to remind him every day that you are forgetting the key, you have not picked up your watch, your wallet is left here and so on.

Says I used to feel very light and it seemed as if my wife reminded me of these things out of pity for me.

One night before going to bed I made a checklist of everything I had in my pocket and handbag. He got up in the morning, marked one item on the checklist, put it in his pocket, and got into the car.

A housewife appeared at the door, shaking her head in an ignorant mystical manner and looking at me with sad eyes. I also sat there and told him that it was enough: I have not forgotten anything today and thanks to all your past gifts.

The housewife said: Come on, he is fine, but now come back and sleep again because today is Sunday and your office has a weekly holiday on Sunday.

That's a happy ending story.
