Hi guys,
Everyone has feel some anxiety in their life, it may be they are nervous, due to work and some other things. Most importantly what's in your mind makes you feel anxiety, that's where come in a thought of being calm. Either it may be a worst situation or anything being calm with your mind is not possible for everybody. That's an art to achieve for some people only. If you achieve being calm in your mind at any time, you will be the master of your brain.
It works when you control your thoughts and like if you focus on what to achieve you will be thinking your whole life for that. The main thing is you have to look your surroundings to learn and do something. When observe something either you find it good or it's defects. If you find defects try to analyze and solve them. The one thing you have to do while doing so is stay calm and make your mind pleasant. It makes you think the right way to accomplish the work you had started.
