But it would be better if you add the types of pain, pathology of acute and chronic pain as well, because if I ask about the pathology or you can say pathophysiology of both types, so you have to read the question carefully before answering. You can add explanation about acute and chronic pain.
Task 2 (2.5/2.5)Yes, you're right knee pain can be due to obesity and by reducing weight somehow knee pain will reduce. I would suggest you to add knee isometrics in your exercise routine to reduce knee pain.

You performed the exercise well, but it would be better to stretch each side for 20 seconds because less than 20 seconds is not enough.
