Arugula Leaves

My photography today is about Arugula Leaves. The leaves are quite of mixed taste and like s pepper sometime. It is also known as Salad Rocket. It also had a lot of health benefits. The leaves are delicious and are high in fiber-contents. They are low in sugar, carbohydrates, fat and calories. The crunchy taste of the leaves adds to the flavour of the salad. It had a nice base for more substantial salad recipes. You must try of adding cherry tomatoes and walnuts to it's salad for a protein-packed, low-calorie meal. The shape of the leaf also serves as a complement to citrus fruit and berry salads. Sometimes while cooking, it's loses the peppery taste. This plant was in the park near my house and this was very beautiful and the green colour was shining in the Sun shade. I took the opportunity and took the photos. Which i am going to share with my friends. I wish that you'll be happy after seeing this.
