It's really Simple. Water is a Natural Detox which relieves our Body of various toxic substances.
Water Therapy is a process in which you Drink Water Systematically to clean your Body from the Inside.

very useful for maintaining a healthy body. how many times do we need therapy in one month ..?
Do it on a weekly basis as doing it Daily will probably be Tiresome.
Once a week like Clockwork you can do it on Sundays it would be good.
